Property Management Change

After many meetings and long nights of reviewing and weighing the needs of the community, the Board of Directors has chosen to change our property management company to Wolin-Levin. We believe the excellent service and top notch backend support systems will help our community streamline processes and become more effective and efficient. By no means was this large transition taken lightly, and we expect to have some bumps in the road in the coming months. Please be patient as this very large transition process begins. We ask you perform a few simple steps which will help in the overall process.

  • 1. Sign up for Automatic Bank Withdrawal (ACH Debit). You never have to worry about mailing that payment or payments lost in the mail. It is free to sign up for this service and is by far, the easiest way to make your association payment.
  • 2. Register for WLConnect. WLConnect is your personal portal to all your account information. You can review payments, any existing violations (including pictures), and other great tools to help manage your account.

  • For any questions or problems with registering, contact Elizabeth at: manager@lakewoodfalls.org

Family Fest

Every year for the past seven years, the Lakewood Falls Board and volunteers run the Lakewood Falls Family Fest and Car Show. Our average attendance for this event is 2,700 people for the six hour event. Later in the evening on that same day, we have our professional fireworks show. This year, our fireworks show was broadcast on Star 96.7 and certainly was a hit. This event would not happen if we didn't have volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering to give back to your community and the children, contact us at theboard@lakewoodfalls.org

Egg Hunt

Every year, the Lakewood Falls Board and volunteers run the Lakewood Falls Egg Hunt. We spread over 10,000 eggs in different age groups across Bruce Ponti Park. We have had as many as 600 children attend the Egg hunt and it is an amazing sight...not a single egg is left! This event would not happen if we didn't have volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering to give back to your community and the children, contact us at theboard@lakewoodfalls.org

Movies in the Park

Three times a summer (weather permitting), the Lakewood Falls Board and volunteers run the Lakewood Falls Movie in the Park. A giant 40 ft tall screen and huge sound system is set up at Bruce Ponti Park, and families sit and eat popcorn and enjoy a great movie. The local PTA sells popcorn at the event to help raise money for needs in our local schools.
